The talk will be about the most interesting photo projects capturing non-intrusive portraits of people, without their notice.

The speaker/artist will show how his project FUGITIVE SOULS speaks to this tradition also among other contemporary artists has been working with the same topic.

Mitya Trotzki, Born in 1971, Moscow, Russia. Based in Miami and Berlin. Since 2014 he is exploring his ways of visual narration through photography. He uses candid camera techniques to convey multifaceted portraits of modern society, approaches architecture and interior photography from a storytelling perspective to portray the state of local cultures. In 2017, his project “Today is the day” was exhibited at the ArtMedia Gallery, Miami and at Palm Beach. Some of his earlier works were acquired by MOMA (NYC) and presented at the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts (Moscow).
